Roti(QueenAnne, Seattle) - Best Indian Food Ever!!
The Thuggin' Chef's Comment:

Here is the deal. A lot of people think that all Indian food tastes the same. That’s not true. Sure you might have a lot of the same recipes, but each family may have their own variation of the dish.

Roti, so far is the best Indian food I’ve ever had in Seattle.

When the food came out, the presentation was incredible. We started off with Meat Samosas. I didn’t know what to expect and I figured they would set the tone for the rest of the meal.
They did not let me down. Deliciously seasoned ground chicken and vegetables tucked inside two crispy bread towers.

Next we moved on to the Butter Chicken. Succulent pieces of tender chicken in a rich, flavorful curry and tomato hinted sauce that went perfect with the basmati rice and butter Naan which you need to order separately.

As I was dipping pieces of my Naan into the sauce and following it up with mouthfulls of rice and chicken, I literally slipped away into the cosmos for a moment.
I forgot that anyone was even sitting at my table.Just me, the Butter chicken and the Naan in some parallel universe. Indian food can be creative as well as flavorful and Roti has covered both.

I’m definitely coming back. I’ll be a regular and if you try it, I’m sure you will be a regular too. So see you there!!

Mulleady's(Magnolia, Seattle) - Best Fish & Chips Ever!!
The Thuggin' Chef's Comment:

The Halibut Fish & Chips at Mulleady's is the best Fish & Chips I have ever eaten.

The fish was cooked to perfection.
Crispy, battered, seasoned, succulent pieces of halibut made all of the difference.
No more cod for me.

The fish was complemented by perfectly salted fries, an amazing tartar sauce and a light refreshing coleslaw which helped balance all the flavors and send me into a fish & chips delirium.
Honestly, fish & chips just does not get any better than this.

The spinach salad was also fresh and delicious with a tasty dijon mustard infused viniagrette, blue cheese crumbles, and excellently paired with some sort of a parmesan crispy shortbread style crouton cookie that you break up with your fork.

A unique experience within itself.

Pike Place Chowder(Downtown, Seattle) - US No.1 Awarded Clam Chowder!!
The Thuggin' Chef's Comment:
This clam chowder was sooooo good!!
I was looking for a place around Seattle to go have some really good clam chowder.

Well, I found it!

I tried the classic New England clam chowder, but there were plenty to choose from.

Nice, thick, and creamy with juicy flavorful clams, tender red potates, and finished with a few nice herbs.
Next time, I am trying the Smoked Salmon chowder with cream cheese and capers. I'm excited!

Snoose Junction Pizzeria(Barrard, Seattle) - Best Pizza in Town!!
The Thuggin' Chef's Comment:
Wow!!
This is the best pizza I've had in Seattle.
I will put it up against any NewYork pizza any day of the week.

The crust was the perfect thickness. Nice and thin so you can really taste the toppings. The sauce was robust and flavorful and it was pretty obvious that this place only uses the finest ingredients.
I ordered a half Combo, half Herb Alpert. The Combo was your traditional style and the Herb Alpert was a perfect blend of mozzarella, parmesan, provolone, and havarti with suttle pieces of roasted garlic mixed throughout the cheese.
Mmmm!!
Now if you don't like roasted garlic, but you love your cheese pizza, then I recommend just ordering this one without the garlic.

I was so happy to finally find a good pizza place in Seattle.
I will definitely be going back.
Thanks Snoose Junction!!
